RECOVERY

NUMBER OF TREATMENTS

One, although implants do not last forever. You might find yourself wantingor having to replace them.

RISKS

Infections, loss of feeling, collection of blood during the draining period, capsule contraction, implant leakage (particularly those with physiological solution) and its shrinkage, anesthesia related complications. Implants may cause problems with mammography scanning.

STABILITY OF RESULTS

Permanent, although the force of gravity and age may change the shape and size of implants.

BREAST REDUCTION (Reduction mammoplasty)

DESCRIPTION

Reduction of fat, glandular tissue and skin to make breasts smaller, lighter and firmer.

Around 2-4 hours.
